    So I'm new to the Blackberry device and am currently waiting for the Blackberry Bold to be released here in the states (which will be my first BB). It was my intention to get the device to synch my calendar and or email with my work email, however my company does not allow employees below a certain level to get a Blackberry Exchange Server account. So my question is, is there anyway I can wirelessly synch my Outlook calendar (don't really care about emails) w/o having an BB Exchange Server account?

    No, you need BES to sync to your outlook WIRELESSLY.
