Hiya all, I want to register my BlackBerry Q10. For that I went to settings, then about, then then network and from there I requested for register BlackBerry. But whenever I send request, it says registration requested. But after that no response. Anybody knows a remedy?

Did you just purchase through your carrier? Do you have a BlackBerry ID? Did you do an initial set-up of the phone?

I do have a BlackBerry I'd. And I didn't purchase my cell phone through any carrier. Its an unlocked one. And yes... its a Q10.

I have the same issue...I have z10 stl100/3.. I am on Vodafone India...I cannot register on BlackBerry server..it shows registration requested but I don't get registered( no reply from the server) ...
What to do?
