So... I still haven't received the 10.2 update from Verizon wireless and I'm extremely disappointed by this. I have been waiting for a long time now and I have tried everything from BlackBerry link, to OTA update checks. I don't want to download a leak, simply because I shouldn't have to. Is anyone having the exat issue with Verizon?

Go ahead and install a leak. I have been using a BlackBerry since 2008 on Verizon. And never once ran a Verizon OS. Always a leak or other carriers OS. Death will come faster than your Verizon Updates!

I was going crazy over the same thing. So I finally give up and ran a leak. Love the new features. Phone feels more stable now. Finally glad to be off 10.1

I also gave up waiting for VZW and for the first time ever downloaded the thing on my own. I used Sachesi, for my Q and my girlfriend's Z. And you know what??! Lo and behold, it worked, our phones didn't explode, and 10.2 is awesome.
If you're on the fence give it a shot. Google Sachesi 10.2, and you'll get some explanations on doing it. Very easy. There are several forum posts on CB (many actually); a good one on N4BB, and even an official BlackBerry support forum post on using an autoloader such as Sachesi. Godspeed.

My time to do a leak is drawing near but like the op stated I shouldn't have to, I'm really tired of US carriers specifically Verizon.

AT&T still testing upgrade 10.2. "You have the latest software." Should be reformulated as "You have the latest software?"
