I've activated a few contacts to my priority hub, but I still fail to see their emails under the tab?

If A is in my priority list and sends me two emails,

A - test
A - inquiry

Two emails from the same contact and I have to push them to the priority hub one by one even though I've marked contact 'A' as priority!

Please help!

What's your display style? Conversation or Single Messages? (under the Display and Action menu)

Do the two emails have the same "subject"?

I see what your talking about and I'm having the same issue just never noticed it. I'll let you know if I can find a solution.
