Hey Everyone

Well I got my Blackberry Classic today and decided to give my Q10 to my partner.
I bought the Q10 from amazon a few months ago and used it straight away.

Gone to do a wipe on it so my partner can use it fresh and ran into some trouble.

All I got is a Black screen that says - Deprecated Application "First Launch" and option to Cancel or Search

I have tried Battery pull and it did nothing
tried connecting to Link by USB and all I get is that I need to finish initial set up before it can connect

Tried searching and all it does it goes onto a black screen and the keyboard lights up but after a few minutes goes off and cancel does the same.

Really need help on this one

Reinstall the OS using autoloader should solve your problem

Can't connect to Blackberry Link it just gives me an error saying to finish initial set up of phone before I can do anything

Download the autoloader for that device and plug in that Q10 via USB. Launch the autoloader file (exe). It will attempt to completely wipe the device and give you a fresh OS install...
