I have bought from them previously (I got my 9900 from them for example) and they are great.

That and with 10.2 being released, BB10 is looking like it's within reach I still think BB10 looks and feels weird compared to the BBOS 7.1 though.

The Z10 is an absolute steal at current prices; it's a great phone. As much as I love my Q10, I could go back to the Z10 any day and be perfectly happy.

I agree and especially about the Q5 ... a cheap-looking phone at a premium price. Should at least have offered it in a range of different colours besides red

I'm planning on getting the Q10 once again... most likely going to get it with a Fido 2 year plan in Decemeber... I'm just waiting to see what goes down with the Nov 4th deadline. Tempted to hold out a few more months, maybe the price will go lower who knows.

For anyone interested, WIND Mobile in Canada has a few refurbished Z10s for $349 (208 GBP) which surprises me as they had some Q10s for the same price on Monday (now none left). Anyhow the phone will work on the Big3 at HSPA+ but not LTE.

I know what you said but my question wasn't one of affordability, which is different for different people. I am asking is that a good price for a refurbished Q10? I haven't seen pricing for refurbs so I have no idea if that is in or out of line.

The refurbs are such high standard that they are effectively 'new' in my opinion.
