    Hey Crackberry,

Just wondering. Who leaves their BlackBerry Protect on at ALL times? Should I leave it on at all times?

I do. But if your significant other knows your BBID and password I wouldn't recommend it if you are out on the prowl

Umm yes it should be enabled at all times, as should the device password, SIM security code, password protection and encryption for your media card. None of these things should ever be turned off.

Yes leave it on if you want to raise the percentages of getting your phone back if lost or stolen.

BlackBerry needs to update it to have the features of legacy devices! Protect is one of the best apps BlackBerry has come up with!

Agreed. Not only should they bring it on-par with BBOS devices, they should improve it with even more features.

Why don't BlackBerry OS10 have the old functions of a BlackBerry Protect? Like till OS 7 it bad the option to back up n restore, but in OS7, only the tracking feature is there. Will BlackBerry Protect ever get those old features back for BlackBerry 10 devices?

What about the people that are still using the legacy devices? They can back up their contacts etc to a cloud server evan now. So why can't we get access to that and store our contacts n messages and all?
