Hey guys, I am an Asian student who will be travelling to London Ontario for an international exchange programme. Would just like to enquire regarding blackberry price plans in London Ontario. Perhaps just some general information such as:

    Which carrier is best?

Which plan is most suitable/economical for an exchange student who will be there for around 4 months? Mostly using my BB 9900 for BBM and whatsapp more than surfing the internet.

Would appreciate any help or headsup that you guys might be able to give. Especially those who stay in Canada!

    Thanks in advance!

Here are a few to start. The top two are related to the main carriers, so their coverage will be better.

Koodo Mobile - Home | Koodo Mobile

    Fido | Home

I took Wind off the list as it and Mobilicity do not use the same type of 3G as the rest and your phone may not work on them.

If its just mainly Data you will be using I say go with Wind Mobile or Mobilicity since they won't charge you $35 to set up your account, and by far the cheapest price wise. However they use AWS frequency so not sure if your 9900 is able to work on their towers. Bell, Rogers, and Telus, are the 3biggest carriers but they will all charge you $35 to set up your account. There is Virgin Mobile which is Bell's discount brand also
