I think he better check out some of the product placement issues (i.e Q10 NOT EVEN PRESENT) in carriers that have temporary exclusivity of the device in some markets.

One of the issues I see is that BB needs to consider if they have to "sell" the BB10 devices to the carrier staff so that they promote it, before it "sells" it to the end client

I cannot find not ONE q10 on display in the sole carrier that is selling it in Greece, NOT ONE... and we are talking about a 700Euro cost of phone plus the perception of BB Brand being damaged in the past years... I think they should consider better how they move this and act quick on this front as well. I have seen the same in some other markets as well, while in others there is a big promotional effort being made, so it may only be that the Greek market is considered to small and irrelevant, but to not even be on display certainly does not help here at all.

Hey! Atleast the soccer player slided and merged into a women laying on an inflateable bed in a pool (and a beach ball bounced in the back). Yesterday I was swiping up from my keyboard and suddenly I found myself flying on a magic carpet and walking on a rope!

Anyway, yeah the commercials haven't been that good. Atleast the latest Q10 commercial is a lot better compared to what we had earlier.
