Question: if I have a Family Plan (Verizon) with multiple phones, is it $30/month for EACH Blackberry phone in order to get the data, or just one $30 fee each month?
Yes, it's on EACH device for Verizon. My dad has a BB with the $45 plan and I have one with the $30 plan. They're totally separate despite being on a family plan.

Just curious, why is your dad on the $45 plan? Verizon says if you're on BES that you NEED to have the $45 plan, but that is baloney. Others have confirmed that the $30 plan works fine on BES.
To the OP, be aware that the data/email plan does not include messaging (SMS/text, MMS, etc.), that needs to be added in addition to the voice and data plans if you plan on texting.
