Can anyone help me with a problem, emails that i get during the day stay on my phone, but when I open Outlook at then end of the day it pulls all them in. That is fine but how can I keep a copy on my phone and in outlook?

This is happening because your email account is POP3 and when Outlook pulls down the emails, the BIS service sees that as a deletion which gets pushed down to the BB.
Log into your carrier's BIS portal and edit the account in question. Take out the checkmark about Synchronizing Deleted Items. This should fix your cosmetic issue.
