Maybe an internal issue to your company?

BlackBerry have a NOC in Canada & UK, both run simultaneously to cover the whole world.
If one has problems, your covered by the other.
As it's your whole company that has this problem, the issue may be internal. Your IT Department will know more.

Is this the inception malware issue?

I was just wondering the same thing. That malware only affects BBOS devices (9000 bold, curve etc) and not BB10 devices. AFAIK it was also targeting big corporations and law firms.
