In the modern day of responsive websites, why does BlackBerry's site have to be so crap?

All I want is their standard website but with a layout suitable for a phone browser.
What do I get? A cut down website without the content I'm looking for. No visible link to the full desktop version. When I choose desktop mode from the browser's developer settings it makes no difference, still mobile view. When I search for what I'm looking for it isn't found and most of the returned links are page not found errors. Even a search for ' z10' returns a first result that is page not found.

Gah! Come on BlackBerry, get your sh* t together!

It is indeed and the silly thing is that it would IMO be cheaper to make and maintain a responsive site than keep (poorly) what seems to be two completely separate ones.
