I bought a BlackBerry Curve 8520 two days ago, set up BBM but my contacts can't see my picture and I can only see some of theirs. My status updates show but that's it.
It's really annoying so any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling it?

I'm just reinstalling it now, hopefully it will work.
Just reinstalled it and it's now working fine. I didn't loose my contacts neither.
