    hi I don't know if this issue was reported before and I didn't know where to put it so ill just write it down here. today I have updated my laptop to the latest windows 8.1 (not the RT 8.1 version) and downloaded the Blackberry Link but after I downloaded it, it tells me I cannot open this version on my device and its not compatible... any help?

    If you had BlackBerry link installed before you updated, you may just have to un install link and re-download it again from BlackBerry

    Yes but nothhingg. It just shows the blackberry device manager and it never shows any connected device :s

    Have you tried deleting the device drivers completely, remove BlackBerry Link and then re install them.

    I recall having this sort of issue initially on 8.1 but that did right things eventually.

    Hi it's 10.3.0.675. Was working on windows 7 before the update. And am installing adobe acrobat. I can download BlackBerry link but it doesn't install afterwards. And when I open blackberry device manager it doesn't recognised the device.
