Status: 2016.12.18 Blackberry Link - device Reload works!


Then I try to reload 10OS with BlackBerry Link I get this message:

"There is no BlackBerry Device Software updates available."

I had no problems before. It looks like Blackberry shut down servers and we can not download official latest OS anymore?

Doesn't matter, I always got latest OS version available, downloaded it and install. No issues before. Now it just say "There is no BlackBerry Device Software updates available." and reload cancel.

Yes, I just tried with unlocked Passport SE and Z30. Both show the same message then I click on Reload "There is no BlackBerry Device Software updates available." Doesn't sound good, does anyone experiencing same issue?

You can drill down to the download link for the software you need to install.

I just tested and they are in fact working links!

It sounds like he just wants to reload current software, not necessarily an update, and link is thinking he wants the update.

Link will not do a backup of my 10.3.3.
Link is broken.

Some apparently found you'd need to log out of and back into BlackBerry Link with your BBID in order for it to work and do backups... :-)
