    Hey!
M sure u people have seen these threads, quite often..and i did go through them before posting this one!
My Blackberry Curve 8900 was working perfectly well, but suddenly its keypad and trackball stopped functioning properly.
This happened when i was talking on the phone and the call got disconnected randomly.
Now what happens is everytime i try to type or navigate, the trackball starts typing the letters "lh" on its own. So..instead of scrolling up or down..it starts typing the 2 letters...thts when the keypad also stops functioning.
Removing the battery didnt help. The problem persists.
And, m sure i didnt spill water on the phone. But can sweat be an issue.
Taking lead from this site... i took out the battery..and tried to dry it for some time. Now after that, the phone worked fine for some 5 mins, untill the problem returned.
    HELP!

I would take the phone apart and dry it out. Sounds like moisture or "sweat" damage. This might of happened over time and corossion has set in.
