I think BlackBerry should push to sell more devices in India... with population over a billion people, it would be good to be able to take that country

Yes and they are doing it. After john chens appointment as ceo BlackBerry is quit agressive towards indian market. India is still a large room of customer(loyal customer) for BlackBerry.

    Hello.
    Selling
    Z3 for Rs.15,000
    Q10 for Rs.45,000
    Z10 for Rs.45,000
    Passport for Rs.50,000
    Classic for Rs.31,000
    (Initial price)
...is not aggressive . it's bad.

Indians look at value for money, even in a BMW or a Mercedes.
See how Z10 got sold off when it reached the price of Rs.15,000-17,000. haha

Its true that they want value for money. Then go and buy micromax and xiaomi. BlackBerry is all about quality. BlackBerry customers are loyal they will buy it at any cost. Thats why their users are small. Id u cant afford then wait for price drop or some offers.

Nope. user base is small because BB10 is not consumer centric. They are not aiming at regular consumers like yourself/or probably the majority of people in here. I've learnt it the hard way(yes, im slow). I just wish they start aiming at normal people.

    TOOLS not TOYS. remember?
Id u cant afford then wait for price drop or some offers.
That's what majority of people do.

Blackberry has to improve service centre efficiency in India. Presently, entire service center is being managed by out sourced agency (HCL) and have no concern for customers. I had problem in Z30 and it took almost more than 3 months by service center to resolve. Who would wait such a long time today?
