*PLEASE DISREGARD* I fixed this with a factory reset

I wasn't sure where to post this but I have been having problems with my Blackberry ID.

I forgot the password and secret question answer (stupid, I know) so I read on a forum to delete the account on Blackberry's website, which I did and then re-create it. I decided to use a new email address but now when I try to log in with the new one I get an error message "Enter the username associated with this smartphone".

Since the initial account I set up on my Blackberry no longer exists I am unsure as to how to fix this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Using a Torch 9810 if that's relevant.
