I am a BES Admin in a company that is planning to upgrade OS to 5 for blackberry Strom and Tour. We are upgrading device based on RIM advice to address a font issue.My question is, can I upgrade device without user involvement as device upgrade takes time and chances of user getting into issues. As some come across similar situation where device upgraded with out user intervention.Thanks in advance to all you BB Gurus out there...
