please help, i have a blackberry curve 8520 and for the pass month i was unable to connect to the internet all the time, i did battery pull, i had my service book resent nothing! when i try signing into messengers it saying internal error unable to connect to server! wt should confused i do? thanks:confused:
Those symptoms suggest your carrier has a problem.
Call them and have Customer Service verify you have correctly configured BIS account. They can escolate to advanced tech service if required.
I've come across a few that have their Options, Advanced Options, Browser set to Blackberry Browser instead of Internet Browser. They could connect to a few random pages. Make the change and all is well. Just something to check...
i did that they said the tech said everything is working fine and something is probably wrong with the phone itself! how is that possible?
does the cell broadcast settings have to be on or off?
Menu/Options/Mobile Network. Are your Data sevices on?
