My one and a half year old BlackBerry Curve 8520 hasn't been working properly since yesterday..
When I press the 'back' button, the strip menu comes up, it says 'alt' in the top right corner constantly, when i type it comes up with symbols, it won't lock, and it skips over chats on bbm and text conversations so i can only click on some of them.
i have tried resetting my phone a lot, it's charged, and has no water damage.
sorry if i have explained it badly! will i have to send it off for repair or is there a way to fix it myself? thanks

sounds like the keyboard is going.

it might be easier to replace it, depending on your carrier.

Currently T-Mobile has the Curve 9360 for $380 and AT&T has the 9300 for $380 (which is a ripoff, so check around)
