I'm having a problem whereby my phone email and my outlook email aren't synching. When I delete items in Outlook they aren't deleting on my blackberry. I did go to to email reconciliations and the "delete on" is set to mailbox & handheld. The wireless reconcile is on and "on conflicts" is set to Mailbox wins.

What am I missing?

Are you on a personal BIS account or a corporate BES?

BIS won't reconcile, don't expect it to do so.

BES is definitely required for email reconciling
