Would love to get one of these.. Where did you get this from?
As promised here are the special tokens that came in the rim monopoly versions. The board was also custom but I don't recall as I got rid of it.

Thought I should drop this in here. The remaining BlackBerry devices I still have. Wish I'd kept the Curve and Bold 9000.

I still like the look of the 9900 (9930) the best of all of them.

If you're using an iOS device, images will not display. I've been reporting it for months and months.

Funny you ask. It may be your lucky day. It's one of the first devices RIM made 1991 it's the RIM Digi Sync KEYcode reader (sold commercially). It was used to read the barcode in motion picture film. It's used for film editing . RIM won a technical Achievement award from the Academy of Major Motion pictured for the device.

Now here is where it's your lucky day Dan.

Do a quick kijiji search in Toronto for "Research in Motion". Some guy has one for sales for a thousand bucks. I own two of them. I paid a lot less than that.

I have one. Yes it works....i also believe the other device I have is an early edition of the cyclone pre QNX. The cyclone was the first QNX device but as we know it was shelved

The guy I bought them from had 5 at one point. One went to me in Canada, another went to Germany to a collector over there and one went to the UK. The other two I'm not sure. But he sold them a few months back on ebay. Excluding mine. He lived a few blocks from me.

Sorry I just noticed this. I actually spoke with him today. No 9100's but I did have him ship me over three other devices.

They should arrive later this week.

Still have some and all in working condition with a couple currently in service as daily devices, it is hard to let go of this addiction as it is hard to let go the Crackberry Forum even when it seems to be metamorphosing, I've made good friends here and imho there still is an old school group alive and well that can appreciate what a great communication & business tool the Blackberry was and for some of us still is !
