    I would try wiping your device first. If that dosent work reload the OS.

    You mentioned email? What real password do you have to validate. I have now a new 9930 thatis not password protected and my gmail acct. was setup from what I had on my Tour and have never had a problem with what you are going thru.

    do you mean 'validated' or reset by carrier? or books resent? seems to me you may be experiencin tower problems. call Verizon.

    Have verizon delete and re-activate BIS. Telus had do to that to resolve a validation issue for me.
