My experience with blackberrystore.com.au has been absolutely infuriating.
Sent in my phone for a very minor repair - black hole since.
Marilyn has been completely dismissive, condescending and unresponsive. Phone goes unanswered, emails not responded to, texts ignored, deadlines misssed time and again. Still trying to get my phone returned after more than 10 weeks of constant followup.

I can completely relate, I have no clue how they are still trading. I tried calling, emailing, everything went unanswered. All the best, keep us updated.
