Hmm it's like Google images search issue before happened to bb10 OS and finally Google fixed the issue

I hope today gives me the chance to call in. Didn't get any time to yesterday. Me wanna get that done asap! (not during work that is). Anyone care to share the thread for broader outreach to see if anyone else is also affected?

Typed using my BlackBerry Classic running 10.3.2 on WINDmobile HSPA+

So i called them again this morning, after having gone through the "reload device software" process on BB Link on my Q10, upgraded the OS to the latest official ver on it, and once again reproducing the issue.

I managed to get my issue escalated to 2nd level support after being put on hold several times, and being asked to send them the logs from my Passport. I was called back a few hours later by the same agent, who showed me how to upload a vid via the BB browser in desktop mode as a work-around (which I was already using as a work-around anyways) and told me that they have found the issue in the OS, and it will be solved eventually in a future OS update.

I worked for operations of one of Canada's "big 3", so I spoke to one of our tech services guys, and he asked me to get my co-worker who also has a Passport to see if he is able to reproduce the issue and if he is, he said he could refer it to the lab, which is where the carrier I work for tests the OS' before they're officially launched to the masses ;-)

I forgot to mention: the case was opened by a supervisor, after I was repeatedly told to contact Youtube/Google by some agent who kept interrupting me and refusing to open a case for me ;-)

Indeed. Just keep in mind that the more they hear about the issue, the higher priority they will place on it (in theory) ;-)

Oh, okay now that makes sense. When the guy looked up your case there were notes about you speaking with a supervisor...but I couldn't understand him well enough to get why.

thanks to those for submitting the issue to Blackberry.

I've had the issue with my passport on 10.3.1 and was hoping the upgrade to 10.3.2 would resolve it but it has not. I'm not a frequent uploader so it's not a hugh issue for me, but it is annoying when something doesn't work right. .
