does anyone use this tool? I am running 4.1.23 and have an issue whereby 2 or 3 users have multiple instances of the same re-ocurring meetings.
here is what my users are telling me:
Lately my Outlook calendar has been creating duplicate items for most of my recurring meetings. In Outlook there will be the meeting marked as a recurring meeting, and another that is identical to it, except that it is a single occurrence meeting. On my blackberry only the recurring series meetings appear in my calendar.
I've also seen and heard of others having the opposite symptoms, one user told me that he gets duplicates on his blackberry with only a single meeting in Outlook.
