    Harassment cases are long and difficult. And unfortunately, the kind of behavior described by the plaintiff here could just as easily be explained by a bad cultural fit, which happens a lot more often than actual "bullying".

    In my experience I would argue that bullying occurs more than a cultural rift.

    Either way, this is just a story, and one that I hadn't heard before (re BlackBerry) but that's life.

    In the corporate world when you apply for a promotion and then get "long silences" it usually means u didn't get the job and no one wants to inform you yet.
