Everytime i try to turn on my bb it gets past the red light and the blackberry loading screen pops up and after 5 seconds everything turns all white.

I have tried using the application loader but i cannot get past "wait for device initialization"

You could try booting into safe mode before throwing in the towel. Press and hold Alt-Right Shift-Delete to reboot, then press and hold the escape (back arrow) hopefully it will boot into safe mode where you can delete a conflicting app. Download anything new prior to the WSOD (white screen of death?)
