I am planning to buy one off of this guy for $200.. and was wondering , he said that it is Verizon and is unlocked so i can use it for rogers? since i live in Canada thanks,,
I'd say you're not making a wise choice. $200 is what you'd most likely pay as an upgrade price for a new device. $200 used is price gauging, IMO. I'd only consider this, if I were you, if you are not coming up for am upgrade soon our if you can hold out for the next gen services that should be better than the outdated 9650.
