My blackberry has stopped working!

by that I mean that when ever I try to switch it on, the red light flashed and then instead of going to the normal Blackberry desktop screen it goes to a picture of a "half full battery with a red line striked acroos it in a diagnoal direction"


anyone encountered this?

could be that your battery is fully drained and needs to be charged or you have a faulty battery and it needs to be replaced

Try plugging your phone into the charger and turning it on. If it doesn't turn on then you most likely need a new battery.
