    I do wanna ask for a refund. but what if the card that I used is no longer active do I have a option to divert the payment back to my credit card right now? because I purchased an app that I didnt even use because of *expletive* developer

    Isn't it the developer that has to reimburse you?

    Nope take it up with the app store who take it up with the dev. It's what the app store is for.
