I am having trouble with the blackberry 8320 wifi. I tried to get it setup with the tech support at my school. It connected. However, for it to work, the person needed to configure my proxy settings in my blackberry. We looked to no avail for a while trying to find out where it might be. So without any success, I left without the wifi successfully setup. Does anyone know where you can configure the proxy settings for the browser or whatever?

    Thanks

Did you ever find out anything on this?

I use my work WiFi to make calls (T-mobile's signal inside the building is dodgy) and that's handy -- it'd be fun to browse the web using the WiFi network but I need to configure a proxy server (as in an http proxy).

Did you try Opera mini? You can set it to use socket mode rather than http mode, may work, not sure.
