I was trying to hard reset my blackberry 8250 and the rebooting process is not completed. Its like 80% and it doesnt continue after 2 minutes the phone shuts down. can you help me with this. I have tried removing the battery for 5 minutes, also tried removing the simcard and memory card but still it wont push through. It happened yesterday and until now I cant use my phone. I need help please Im just a new user so I dont know what to do.

Try wiping out your OS and then load a new one back in. Should do the trick. Also looks like you got a ton of apps. Wipe your phone completely after reloading the OS. There are tutorials everywhere on doing this

Pull the battery, hold down the escape (back) key. Should put you into safe mode where you can delete some stuff. Sounds like your memory is maxxed out.
