Please someone explain!!........ I can understand what gamers say, not enough apps, however bad press stating it's not "new technology" "last year specs"etc! Have the critics used the device??

John Public doesn't get BES or even BIS anymore so no security.
Incorrect. You do not need BES to enable the built in encryption on BB10. Just look for the little lock icon on the browser.
Kensaw is 100% correct.
BES 10 can enable the workspace and secure connection to the BES 10, but this has nothing to do with "Needs NOC" (which is an incorrect term btw. It true name is the BlackBerry Relay).
The little "lock" just indicates you are using an SSL/TLS encrypted connection.
