Unfortunately my BlackBerry Z10 doesn't work with the Microsoft Sync system for Voice Control.

Has anyone heard anything about when Ford will release an update for BlackBerry 10 support?

Not sure but will keep an eye on this thread as my work truck is an F-150 that has Sync. How do the Ford updates work? Never had to do one before

You download them from www.syncmyride.com and upload them to the Ford vehicle via the USB port and a USB stick.

That's odd. I have a lincoln mks and the phone sync'd perfectly.

Much like above your Ford sync needs updating (which I didn�t even know was possible)

The Voice Control still works? I use to be able to speak commands like "call John Doe" now my address book doesn't sync.

I haven't fully tried, I've only received calls. If I'm not mistaken you need to upload your phone book to the on board computer to be able to use voice controls. I may be wrong but that's what I did. When you are on a call does the read out show the name of the person or just the number

If it doesn't show the name then I believe you can't voice control that contact and your address book needs to be uploaded

I deleted all phones and re-paired the Z10 and the Voice Controls are working now.

I have the New 2013 Ford Escape and my BlackBerry Z10 doesn't work with the Microsoft Sync system for Voice Control. Spoke to my ford people this week and they said it should be a few days......Hope this helps

A little bit off topic but great news none the less - just received a letter from Ford that said they will be supporting Sync on all Fords for 5 years, unlimited mileage. With all the trouble I have had with Sync I was delighted to receive that news.

Z10 works perfectly with my ms sync on a Ford edge.

Eeyup, works in my 2011 fusion. SYNC was updated last year.
Also started bluetooth audio and the z10 started playing it's song list automatically, which seemed odd, compared to the playbook which needs to have the player brought up first.

Any luck with the Z10? My Bold 9780 used to work, but with the most recent update I lost the reply to text message feature. Ford told me to get a new phone but I want to ensure all the voice features work, and I also have a 2013 Escape. Any info would be appreciated!
