i was just wondering if the blackberry 9900 will receive an update to blackberry 10 i mean it's fast enough to run blackberry 10 and has a touchscreen. So is it possible? If yes can blackberry curve 9360 receive it too?

No. It is "fast" enough to run BB7, but not near powerful enough to run BB10, which will require at least a dual-core processor device.
