is there a how to guide for BIS / Desktop manager?

I can't figure out how to reconcile my emails properly?

for example - how do I get get my sent items from my blackberry into my sent items of outlook? How do I get read email to tie up on outlook/blackberry

I would prefer a proper over the air service (tried unite, bberrysync and fundomol and none work properly)
