I am trying to add a new email account, but apparently I have to login into BIS first. I have no recollection of what my username was when I first added my email accounts over 9 months ago (and have not touched these settings since) when I got my blackberry.

I thought it was my vzw.blackberry.net username apparently not.

Am I going to need to go to my local store to figure this out?

Call customer service, they can give you your user name and reset the password.
