    Hi all,

    So long story short, I had a data plan with BIS and added a blackberry.com address to it. I canceled the data plan without removing the email address first. I've since added a cheaper data plan and the email account shows up on my main menu, but when I go in to Email Setup, it's not listed. I tried re-adding it in Email Setup but gives me an error. I phoned my service provider and they said there is nothing they can do.

    I don't understand why it's so difficult to either 1) re-activate this email address or 2) remove it from the phone.

    Anyone have any suggestions? I tried searching but it seems no one else has had this problem.

    Options > Advanced Options > Service Book > Highlight the email address > Press Menu > Select Delete

    Log in to your new BIS and set up your email addresses.
    Click Help. Click Send Service Books.
