I believe that BIS 3.1 has arrived. I now have the sync contact feature for Yahoo on my email setup page. I'm with Rogers. Can anyone else confirm that we are upgraded?

On another note. Yahoo and BB still not syncing properly.

Yes, it's here.
I'm with Rogers.
However the feature doesn't seem to work with the @rogers.com email address (it runs off of Yahoo servers)
Johnny, can you confirm whether you can use the feature for your @rogers.com email address? It works with my @yahoo.com account.

I tried, but it keeps on giving me the following error message:

"An error occurred during email account validation.
Please check your information and try again."

salexs11.....mine works with my 2 @rogers.com email accounts. It does however take the 4 hours that the RIM documents states about the sync time for the contact changes. But it works and it's OTA which is better then always plugging into the DM to sync.

Hey, just checked my vodafone bb and the option seems to have appeared at the yahoo email settings. Is this any different then the gmail contacts synch?

I just tried mine this morning and it works too.

4 hours is indeed a long time...but OTA is super sweet.
