Hi,
Is there any Contact Sync method that will:
1. maintain the contact's "Category"
2. sync Group contacts
3. ringtone/pic assignment
I've tried BBDM, Google Sync app, and Google BIS sync. Any suggestions?
Thank you

I was hoping to use as few programs/apps as necessary. But if using outlook is the solution, I don't mind using it. How would I do that?
Thank you

If you use/have multiple mail accounts in Outlook, just make sure that the Desktop Manager is set to sync with the corresponding Outlook mail account that you use for contacts, notes, etc...otherwise it's pretty straight forward.

As far as I know, ringtones are saved as part of the profiles in the phone itself. Not in contacts.
But pics do transfer over in Outlook.
