I guess since I've only had experience with my tour that to me it is the best and worst at times. But really no problems with my tour. Yes I know I'm the exception around here.
Best: Pearl 8100/8120. A reliable, durable device and great for texting.
Worst: Bold 9700. Based on my own user experience least durable hardware & software & the reason I'll probably never go back to a Blackberry ever again.
Best - Curve 8330. Those things are little workhorses that take a beating and ask for more.
Worst- I cant truly say the worst since I have only owned two BB's (8330 and Style) but I would imagine that the Pearl series would be ranked around the bottom of the barrel.
Pearl is too small, nope, it is a great form factor. They went 3G after I got my Bold so I have not been back, although I still love the Pearl. The rest of the Bold line is not Bold, they got tiny in size for what "Bold" should be. Oh well, this new one better get out soon. I want a big keyboard and big screen.

I've only owned 1 bb and that is the 9700 which I just love. Next will probably be the Bold Touch though I could continue quite happily with what I have until it gives up the ghost.
Well if you want to FORCE a vote out of me, then....
Best: Bold Line 9000, 9650, 9700, 9780
Worst: Pearl Line 8100, 81XX, 82XX, 91XX
HOWEVER I can see how some folks might prefer the Pearl line, and at one point considered an 82XX. Also when talking worst BBs one MUST mention the 9530/9500 Storm1, although, I DID like my Storm2.
Worst- My old Pearl 8120 - I loved the phone when I first got it but I felt restricted to the amount of apps I could have on it there was little to no memory and it was slow as **** the track ball always gave me an issue so when I moved on from the pearl to the bold 9700 it was like heaven! Now I'm rocking the 9780 patiently waiting the 9900

Best to date is the torch 9800(just love my torch), I would say the 9900 but we really haven't seen it yet.
Second place goes to the curve line. Those things are like a Timex, Takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Having owned 3 of them and my most recent went to my brother in law who is still using it 5 years later.
Worst- anything in the current bold line, minus the 9900. As stated earlier, we really haven't seen it yet.
For all those that say the pearl is the worst, let me remind you of the storm 1. Also my wife has had 4 pearls now starting with the 83XX and now with the 9100, she wouldn't own any other BB. She just loves suretype and the size of the device, so easy to slip into a pocket.
The Torch and the Curve 8300 are amazing. Loved the Curve while I had it (gave it up for donation to a good group) and now I miss it since it's gone! It could really take all the beatings I put it through. Last one was dropping out of my purse, falling on table, skidding off onto the floor and then slid halfway across the shop I was in. A few scratches on back but everything else was up and running as usual.
The Torch has been a tough one too and has performed wonderfully (until I downloaded an email setup update that has put my phone in a coma).
The Bold 9700 has been the worst for me--out of the ones I have owned, not overall of what I've heard. And that may be because I just got it for work and haven't really played with it as much.
