I've noticed that whenever I create a new contact on my device, it syncs it to Outlook as Last Name, First Name. I have my Outlook configured to create contacts as First Name, Last Name, but this doesn't seem to apply when the entry is created on my device. The only option I can find on my device is to list the entries by first name versus last name, but this doesn't seem to help me with my problem. Is there any way around this?
