    Hi all,

    Not sure where this would go, if anywhere at all, but is there a way for a user's corporate address book to be pre-populated while connected to the BES instead of having to use the Lookup feature?

    If you have activated the account , and the sync isnt working properly you may need to look at the server logs to pin down the issue..

    Sometimes its a problem with service books..

    Turning off sync, activating the device again and then turning sync back on can't hurt either..
