Hey all, I have an issue. I synced my 9650 to my work computer and clicked for it to set up the enterprise on my device without meaning to do so. I contacted IT and they removed me from the BES but my device is still telling me that I have an enterprise service on it. Reason I know this is because when I try to set up Blackberry protect I get this message. Also when I do a battery pull and the phone reboots I get about ten empty folders and my icons are all reset. Would I need to wipe the phone to make sure the BES is off or how would I get it back to how it was before the BES sync. Thanks!
