I've just downloaded the Berry Locator program and when I send myself an email it vibrates rather than setting off the alarm. My profile is set to normal. Is there a setting a need to change to get the alarm?

Did you do a battery pull after downloading the Apps? try the Battery Pull ( rebooth)
