    Daughter purchased a 9300 Curve 4mths ago from Bell, last month began getting sos fault and took to store for repair. All the normal attempts were made to resolve but nothing worked and the phone was sent out. Returned from repair and they said the keyboard had been lifted and warranty was void. The phone was never tampered with or misused by anyone.
    The phone works perfectly with the exception of the sos but there is a strange issue in that I can find the Bell network only in manual mode and when I switch to automatic it identifies Roger wireless as the service provider. The phone was purchased from a Bell certified retailer.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated

    I had this problem when I got my TELUS Curve 9360 and a friend of mine had this problem with her Bell Bold 9780.

    It was easily fixed with a SIM card replacement. It should run you $10.

    Try to use other SIM card with your Blackberry 9300.
