if you fill the formular in a german Chrome on Android and select 'Germany' all pages stay in english, but after completing the questionaire the "Thank you - you'll hear from us"-Page is in french only.

If you want a straight one, I would advise you to just pick up one.
Because I guess, that the ones that will be used for this program are devices for testing purpose.

That's what i hope for - would fit greatly to my other Android running AOSP Beta Software and my Chromebook running Developer-images to volunteer for ChromiumOS and submit bugs.

But if they are just 'normal' phones, i would still wait, because of the better contact to report bugs to BBMobile instead

I just don't want to find after missing the deal, that all slots are filled without me and i could have bought one :-D :-D maybe i should just buy one at a 14day-money-back seller...
